WOD – 26 June

Monday 26 June 2017:

Trainer led warm-up and assistance – 10 minutes

Strength (25 minutes): Re-test 1RM back squat

WOD (AMRAP15)

  •   20 wall balls (20/14)
  •   200m run carrying the med ball

 

If the med ball hits the ground at any point during the workout, complete 8 burpees and pick up where you left off. There is no limit to the number of burpee penalties
